The Malamute BabySitter

I just have to brag about this beautiful creature once again. She has 
astounded everyone with her gentle love and care of our new grand 
daughter. She stands watch when ever anyone goes near Kaleigh to make 
sure no one does anything to hurt the baby. And she will not permit 
either of our two cats in any room that Kaleigh is in. When they first 
come in our house with the baby she has to lick her all over from head 
to toe as though she were her puppy, then when she is satisfied that 
the baby is fine Cheyenne relaxes. This marvelous, beautiful big spoiled 
baby of ours does not mind at all being displaced by this tiny squalling 
baby temporarily. It is amazing how the maternal instinct comes through 
in an animal that has never had a litter. She is so beautiful to look at 
that people are shocked at how well she behaves. My husband, son and I 
spoil her rotten and she lets us know that she's the boss at times, but 
she also knows when we are serious about making her obey. We love this 
dog so that we cant imagine how dull our life would be without our four 
footed baby. She is going to be two yrs. Old soon but she thinks she is 
still four months old and we all hope she stays that way.
