A Special Time

I was given a beautiful female abandoned in Christmas Florida. She 
apparently had been through an obedience course as she was very well
minded. We, my wife and daughter and I took her in from a friend 
who lived there. To make along story short we loved her very much!!!! 
But little did we know even though we had taken her to a vet that 
she had contracted heartworms. She graced our presences for about 
seven months, then had to be put down. We have very fond memories 
& very funny stories about her. I will have another one someday, but
not while I live in Florida. It is too hot for them.
